A third-generation contractor, Nathan grew up in the business – involved in his father’s construction company at every level from a young age.

In 2008, Nathan took over the business following his father’s untimely passing. Since then, he has grown Sheer into a strong national force in the service and construction industry.

Nathan oversees all aspects of the business, directly engaging with clients and internal teams to ensure the highest possible level of execution and results for both clients and the extended Sheer family. He has lived in South Florida for over 30 years.
