Sheer Enterprises is a Woman Owned Certified Building Contractor (CBC1257467), Certified General Contractor (CGC1526255), and Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) Certified. We work exclusively in the commercial sector for multi-site organizations and specialize in commercial general contracting, remodels, and rollouts. Our work is conducted using a combination of our own highly skilled in-house technicians, crews, and reliable long-term partner subcontractors.

Our History

Founded in 1991, Sheer Enterprises began as a South Florida facilities contractor and expanded throughout Florida, the Southeast, and ultimately across the United States. Over more than three decades, the company built a national facilities and construction platform serving major multi-location organizations. Following the strategic sale of its national facilities maintenance division in 2026, Sheer Enterprises continues its legacy as a commercial general contractor focused on multi-site construction, renovations, rollouts, tenant improvements, and ground-up development.

A Rich Global Company

Sheer Enterprises is a Rich Global company and serves as the primary commercial general contractor for much of Rich Global’s real estate portfolio. Sheer delivers renovations, redevelopments, tenant improvements, and ground-up construction across a diverse range of commercial property types, providing the company with direct experience executing projects from both the contractor’s and owner’s perspectives.

Nathan Rich serves as President of Sheer Enterprises and is the Founder and CEO of Rich Global.
